About me

I'm a 20 year old Californian photography student that daydreams a lot. I look forward to the future always, looking to the past for understanding, and soaking in the present with a camera around my neck and a pen and journal in my hand. I'm a hoarder of memories. I document life to honor it. I'm comfortable being a hermit and I cherish being on my own, but I'm talkative and social when I need to be. I'm hoping that whoever I marry will be a hermit too and then we can be hermits together. Yay. :3 I also enjoy listening to music, doodling, expressing myself creatively, cleaning and organizing, discovering meaning in the small and simple things, chatting with friends about life and faith, and spending time with friends, family, and my extended church family. I feel best when I am serving others in a variety of ways, and I am trying to become better at that by heightening my awareness of the needs of others. My character is a work in progress. I seek change even though it's difficult, for I understand that this life is all about progress, and that becoming better is worth the struggle and sacrifice. I'm a plant-based foodie (sometimes anti-foodie). If you want to feed me, all I need is some fruit and I'm good to go. I often squeel at the sight of avocados. I relish in simplicity.
